Compulsory requirements for Internet Banking Online Password Reset.
1. Account Number Should be linked to User Id.
2. Account should be in Active Status.
3. Valid Debit Card should be linked to Account.
4. Debit Card should have made at least One Transaction since activation.
5. Mobile Number should be registered with the Bank.
6. If you do not remember your last transactions, please give a missed call on 09213125125 from your registered mobile number.
Note :-
1. Online Internet Banking Password Reset facility is available only for Retail/Personal Banking customers.
2. After online reset, User ID will be activated immediately.
